Honda CBR Motorcycle Stolen in Phoenix, Recovered Minutes Later, Suspect Charged

On the afternoon of March 17, 2012, the owner of a 2006 Honda CBR600 motorcycle discovered that the bike had been stolen from his girlfriend’s apartment and immediately contacted the Phoenix Police Department to report the crime. Phoenix Police entered the motorcycle’s information into the Arizona and NCIC police computer systems. This routine police action
