The owner of this Dodge Durango SUV parked the vehicle in a lot located at SE130th and SE Division Streets. He placed a “For Sale” sign in the window and left it for two hours. When he returned, the Dodge was gone. The theft was reported to the Portland Police Bureau who verified the report
