The owners of a 2008 Toyota Tacoma awoke to find their vehicle missing from their residence and immediately contacted the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department and filed a theft report. On July 16, 2012, the owner of a2007 Scion contacted the New York Police Departmnet’s 113th Precinct to report that his vehicle was stolen from in front of his house in South Ozone Park. NYPD officers verified the theft and had the vehicle’s information entered into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activated
