On Friday, September 7, 2012, a Philadelphia Police Detective was conducting an investigation into the report of a stolen 2007 Harley Davidson XL1200. After verifying the theft, the detective had the motorcycle’s information entered into the state and federal crime computer, which automatically activated the LoJack transponder concealed in the Harley. A short while later,
