In November 2018, the owner of a 2000 Toyota Avalon contacted the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office, North Charleston, SC to report that their vehicle had been stolen from the driveway of the residence.  The vehicle was left running unattended and an unknown suspect drove from the scene.
