On July 1, 2012, the renters of a 2011 Wacker light tower discovered the equipment stolen from a construction site in rural Yuba County. On July 17, they finally reported the theft to the California Highway Patrol. CHP officers verified the theft and had the light tower’s information entered into the state and federal crime
