The owner of this Toyota contacted the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Industry Station and reported that their vehicle had been stolen. Apparently the owner had an argument with his passenger who drove off in the vehicle without permission.  The LASD deputies verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers,
