The owner of a 2008 Honda Accord contacted the Baltimore County Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen from 3500 Carriage Hill Circle in the Woodlawn area of Baltimore County, Maryland.  Baltimore County Police Radio dispatched an officer from the 2nd Precinct to investigate the incident.
