Sacramento Officers Using LoJack Recover Stolen Scion, Parked and Abandoned

On the afternoon of June 18, 2012, the owner of a 2008 Scion TC discovered his vehicle missing and contacted the California Highway Patrol office in Placerville to report the theft. CHP officers verified the theft and had the vehicle’s information entered into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activated the LoJack transponder
