On the morning of May 29, 2012, the owner of an Acura Legend contacted the Modesto Police Department to report the vehicle stolen. Apparently, when the victim went to go to work that morning, he discovered the vehicle missing from where he had parked the previous night. After verifying the theft, Modesto officers had the
