On August 2, 2012 Hertz Rentals, Benicia, contacted the San Pablo Police Department to report their 2011 Lincoln Welder and trailer stolen by fraudulent application. San Pablo Police verified the theft and entered the construction equipment’s information into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activated the LoJack transponder concealed in the welder.  A short
