On August 2, 2012, the owners of a 2008 Cadillac contacted the East Point Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen from the mall while they were out with friends.  The East Point Police verified the theft and entered the Cadillac’s information into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activated the
