San Diego Police Using LoJack Recover Stolen Ford Explorer in Residential Neighborhood

On May 8, 2012, the owner of a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport contacted the San Diego Police Department to report the vehicle stolen from San Diego. San Diego Police Department verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activated the LoJack transponder concealed in the Ford.
