On July 24, 2012, the owner of a 2005 Lincoln Navigator contacted the Clayton County Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen from their home.  The Clayton County Police verified the theft and entered the Lincoln’s information into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activated the LoJack transponder concealed in the vehicle.

In July of 2012, the owner of a 2005 Lincoln Navigator loaned his vehicle to a friend, but the friend never returned it, despite numerous requests from the owner. On July 12, the owner finally contacted the Oakdale Police Department to report the vehicle stolen. Oakdale officers verified the theft and had the vehicle’s information
