This Infiniti Q45 was stolen from a convenience store parking lot located in the 500 block of Central Avenue South in Kent.

The theft was immediately reported to the Kent Police Department who verified the report and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Infiniti.

Later that same afternoon, several Lakewood Police Department officers equipped with a LoJack Police Tracking Computer (PTC) received the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Infiniti.  They quickly located the Infiniti behind a building in the 8700 block of South Hosmer in Tacoma.  Suspects walking away from the Infiniti were detained.  Video surveillance proved they were the occupants of the Infiniti when it was abandoned.  Both suspects were arrested and booked into jail.

The LoJack® System was installed in the Infiniti Q45 in October 2007 at Lee Johnson Chevrolet in Kirkland, Washington, when it was purchased as a used car.
