The owner of a 2013 Toyota Corolla contacted the Runnemede Police Department to report that her vehicle had been stolen from her driveway in Runnemede.

The Runnemede PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Toyota Corolla.

A short while later, officers from the Delaware River Port Authority Police Department picked up the silent LoJack signal coming from the stolen Toyota, with the LoJack Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in their patrol vehicles.  Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, the officers tracked the Toyota to Collings Road in the City of Camden where the vehicle was recovered parked on the side of the road, undamaged.

The LoJack® System was installed in the 2013 Toyota Corolla in May 2014 at Hudson Toyota in Jersey City, New Jersey.
