This Honda Accord was stolen sometime during a twenty-four period from the owner’s residence on Columbia Street in Seattle.  When the theft was discovered, it was reported to the Seattle Police Department.  The report was verified and they entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Honda.

Just ten minutes later, a Seattle PD officer picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Honda on the LoJack Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in patrol vehicles and aircraft.

Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, he tracked the Honda to the 600 block of Main Street where it was located abandoned.  The only obvious damage was to the ignition.

The LoJack® System was installed in the Honda Accord in July of 2005 at Planet Honda in Golden, Colorado.
