The owners of a 2004 Kawasaki Ninja contacted the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to report that their motorcycle was stolen.  The motorcycle had been left in an apartment parking lot in the 3200 block of South Arville and had been discovered missing the next morning.

A police officer verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Kawasaki Ninja.

8 minutes later officers from the Las Vegas Metropolitan PD picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Kawasaki with the LoJack Police Tracking Computers (PTCs) that are installed in patrol vehicles and aircraft.

Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, the officers tracked the Kawasaki to an address in the 3700 block of South Valley View.  The motorcycle was recovered unoccupied, intact and returned back to the happy customer.

The LoJack® System was installed in the Kawasaki Ninja in December 2014 and was purchased through Direct Sales.
