This Mitsubishi was reported stolen sometime during a two-day period from the owner’s residence on NE 45th Street.  It was reported to the Seattle Police Department.  The report was verified and they entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers which automatically activated the LoJack® System concealed in the Mitsubishi.
Early the next morning, a Seattle Police officer picked up the silent LoJack signal from the stolen Mitsubishi on the LoJack Police Tracking Computers (PTC) that are installed in patrol vehicles and aircraft.  Following the directional and audible cues from the PTC, he tracked the Mitsubishi to Pasadena Place NE under Interstate 5 abandoned and no visible damage.

The LoJack® System was installed in the Mitsubishi in January of 2009.
