When a 2008 Chrysler 300 was stolen in Denver, CO, on Sunday morning, the LoJack® system helped local law enforcement recover the car in less than two hours after activation.

On September 22nd, 2013, the Chrysler’s owners contacted the Denver Police to report the crime. Officers verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers, which automatically activated the LoJack transponder concealed in the Chrysler, which was installed at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep in Littleton, CO.

A short while later, officers with Lakewood PD picked up the homing signals from the stolen car with the LoJack tracking computers installed in their patrol vehicles. The officers tracked the Chrysler to an apartment parking lot near Alameda and Teller. The 300 was soon returned to its very grateful owners.
